ERI has developed various custom production options allowing you to customize your training needs easier than ever before. Imagine a site-specific safety orientation designed for new hires, an up-to-date subcontractor program or a detailed emergency action plan designed just for your facility. These types of custom programs blend corporate identity with important safety information, confirming your company’s commitment to employee safety.

HOW MUCH?

Pricing is dependent on program length and the level of customization. We have developed a three-tier pricing structure, allowing you to select an option that meets both your training and budgetary needs.

OPTION 1: FULLY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTION

Cost per finished program minute - $1,000

This option utilizes a fully customized script* as well as 100% on-site footage. This option is the best way to familiarize your employees with the sights, sounds and information required to stay safe at your facility.

OPTION 2: SEMI-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTION

Cost per finished program minute - $500

This option untilizes a fully customized script* and limited on-site footage. By limiting on-site filming to one day and utilizing clips from our library of work-site safety footage, this option creates a customized program at a reduced price.

OPTION 3: CUSTOM AUDIO/GENERIC VIDEO

Cost per finished program minute - $250

This option utilizes a fully customized script*. The video content will consist of selected clips from our extensive library of work site safety footage and any digital photographs provided. This is the most cost-effective way to create a program based on your company’s rules and procedures.

*Price includes professional audio narration. On-camera narrator available at an additional cost.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

This is the process for producing your custom safety training program:

• Initially, we will meet with you at your facility to discuss the focus of your customized program and the specific training points to be included. A plant tour combined with your site-specific objectives provides us with a starting point.

• We will then produce a customized script based on your input and content. This initial script serves as a tool, enabling changes and additions to be made until a final version is approved.

• Once the script is finalized, we will be able to determine the length of the program and a firm price quote can be given. Up to this point, there has been no charge for the service we have provided and there is no obligation to proceed.

• After an agreement to proceed has been reached, all necessary on-site filming will be performed, the script will be professionally narrated and the program will be digitally edited per the script.

• The finished program will be mastered to high-quality Sony Beta SP, Sony DV Cam or DVD-R.

• Upon completion, all on-site footage and a program master will be provided to the company.

• Duplication services are also available upon request.
