Each presentation was created with Microsoft®
PowerPoint®. A licensed version of PowerPoint® is
required to use this product.
Each PowerPoint® presentation contains
professionally narrated slides, movie clips and photographs
which give your presentation a professional look and feel.
In addition, because they were created in PowerPoint®
you can change, edit or customize the program to include your
site-specific training information, company logo or site-specific
photographs.
A single-user license allows you to use the
program on one computer only while a developer’s license
allows you to distribute the program to multiple computers.
Be sure to select the proper license to meet your needs.
Each presentation is shipped on a CD, which
contains two versions of the same presentation. One version
is named “Auto Play,” while the other is named
“Manual Play.” Each is available on the CD as
a PowerPoint ‘97, 2000 and 2002 presentation.
For best performance be sure to run the file that corresponds
to the version of PowerPoint® that is installed on your
computer.
When the “Auto Play” version is
used, all sounds, movies and slides play automatically in
the proper order from beginning to end. When the “Manual
Play” version is used, each individual slide will play
automatically. The presenter must then manually advance to
the next slide.
